The British Rat Pack star Paul-Hayden and the guys appeared out of nowhere at midday by the front entrance to Blackpool’s North Pier.
They performed, mingled and sang to a captive growing crown of at least three hundred holiday makers while promoting their Swing Show with the All Star Swing Orchestra which is showing at the North Pier Theatre on the 20th and 27th of October. In addition to the gathering crowd many of the local businesses took time out to get a sneaky preview and a glimpse of all the excitement.
Scottish Security forces had been arranged in case the authorities tried to intervene and break up the happy gathering crowd. The Local Police and Pier Security enjoyed the light hearted event and even joined in with the stunt as The British Rat Pack gave a free promotional performance that gave Blackpool holiday makers a day to remember.
The press arrived and took the enclosed picture for the local Gazette news paper.
