The All Star Swing Orchestra performed a lively show dedicated to Ted Heath Orchestra and Matt Monro on Sunday the 14th of September at the Barn in Brookvale Road in Witton Birmingham.
Members include musicians from the Michael Parkinson show as well as the Ted Heath orchestra and other major big bands. The All Star Swing Orchestra has toured the world support The Great British Rat Pack.
Playing to a full house at The Barn the audience enjoyed the subtle, funny humour and incredible talent as the big band classics were played out beautifully throughout the evening.
Another treat in store for this captive audience as The British Rat Pack made a surprise guest appearance and performance half way through the final set.
The British Rat Pack then took to the stage as a whole singing classics including New York New York and The lady is a tramp with a humour that can only be called their own thrilling and electrifying the house to a frenzy.
When asked The British Rat Pack trio said “It was truly an honour and privilege as always to be working with the amazing All Star Orchestra.
